Dimitar Dodovski, (b. 1980) has been a part of the Macedonian electronic music scene since the early 2000's with his productions and live DJ appearances. His sound revolves around deep-beat textures with variations in minimal dub, dub techno, and a number of experimental influences that echo his presence in time. Having turned his interests to producing ambient music with other projects such as Moss Garden, or Post Global Trio, the artist finds himself making a giant leap with his latest work, PALEOPOP. Here, Dimitar explores boundless improv while diving into fourth world nuances and broad stroke arpeggios. The artists states, "Future sounds flow in & out and blur the difference between a nostalgia for an 80's that never happened and an anticipation for a future utopia".
